LOFT CONVERSIONS
If your family is outgrowing your home or you simply want the extra room, a loft conversion may be the answer. The space in a loft can be as much as 30% of the total floor area of your home.
As construction experts we can provide living space, whilst maintaining your existing roof structure.
GARAGE CONVERSIONS
Having a garage conversion is a perfect way of finding that much needed space. Your garage can be converted into a warm habitable room, such as an extra bedroom, office, playroom, gym, kitchen or utility room, for a very reasonable cost.
CONSERVATORIES
Conservatories can be an alternative to a single storey extension. You are allowed to construct a conservatory with up to 30 square metres of floor area, before planning permission is required.
All building works are carried out to local authority regulations by our professional tradesmen.
All our products are A-Rated as standard and FENSA certificates are issued after all works are completed.

Refurbishments have become a less expensive way of creating a new home without the stress and cost of moving.
